Nature's Heart: Gardening is believing in tomorrow.

An idea germinated from a grant from Slow Food of NNJ as an initiative to combat childhood obesity and to inspire environmental education, led to view an unutilized courtyard as a classroom. We are immensely grateful to all generous supporters, donors, who donated time, talent, resources, cash, gifts or something else. All selflessly gave to benefit and to inspire sustainability. The School With Heart looks forward to nurturing more tasty crops and inquisitive young minds in the coming seasons.

Calling all third graders (incoming fourth graders)!!!

Redwood School's third graders once again participated in the Bonnie Plant Cabbage Program. Each third grader took home a Mega Cabbage to grow over the summer. We would love to see your cabbage's progress. Please submit photos of you and your cabbage to redwoodschoolgarden@gmail.com.
